Nepal is known as a Himalayan country similarly Bhutan known as the land of thunder Dragon country in the world. Paro is the second biggest city with commercial activities. It holds many oldest temples and gracious monasteries of Bhutan. The surrounding hills and wonderful scenery makes colorful to the town.  The capital city Thimpu has been preserving many historical and religious monuments to visit and learn to travelers. The school of art, national library, and traditional medicine institute are major and all offer fascinating insights into Bhutan and philosophies.

Visit Bhutan for additional features is Tashichodzong fortress-palace and Tiger’s Nest is a place of pilgrimage for Bhutanese. Legend claims that Guru Padmasambhava, wizard-saint of Himalaya Buddhism, came here in the eighth century, riding his flying tiger to a cave to meditate. There, he left his body imprinted in stone. Those who hike up to the cafe opposite the monastery are rewarded with breathtaking views.

Detail Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan international airport in Kathmandu you will be received and transfer to hotel. After being refresh, the trip leader will briefing in details about the program and take a stroll at the local market. in the evening we offers you a welcome dinner at Nepalese restaurant with Nepalese traditional cultural program
Today will be interesting guided tour to Kathmandu city, explore ancient and historical cities including Durbar square with its stone paved lanes and colorful market, living goddess and many temples of different kind of architecture. Pasupatinath, Bouddhanath Stupa,Syambhunath. Visit to Patan, the city of art and beauty and finally visit Bhaktapur the oldest city known as Bhadgoun famous for woodcarving. During the sightseeing, you will experience culturally diverse of Kathmandu and wonderful world heritage.
Fly to Paro over one of the virgin mountain range from Kathmandu in the morning with Druk Air. Upon arrival, meet with our representative at the airport in Paro and transfer to Thimpu the capital city of Bhutan with approximately two hours scenic drive. After being refreshing explore around the city. Stay overnight at hotel on B.B basis.
After breakfast, begins sightseeing of Thimpu city including a visit to Tashichhodzong beautiful monastery. Also visit the traditional medicine institute, the institute of art (painting school) where students undertaken a course on the 13 traditional arts and craft, the national library, which holds an extensive collection of Buddhist texts and manuscripts, several hundred years back as well as modern books about Himalayan culture and religion. The national memorial Chorten and handicraft development corporation display variety of traditional handicraft products of Bhutan.
Today, drive to Dochula above 3100 meter. If the weather condition is favorable, we will have great views of mountains range to the northeast of country. We will take short break in Wangdiphodrang for lunch then continue to Trongsa across Pelila pass at an altitude of 3300 meter with beautiful prayer flags marks the pass. En- route we can see Chendbji Chorten. Stay overnight at lodge.
After breakfast visit to Trongsa – Dzong and Ta – Dzong then drive to Bumthang. After lunch proceed visit to Tamshing monastery, Jakar Dzong and Swiss farmhouse. Also, visit to Kurje Lhankhang and Jambey Lhankhang monasteries built by Tibetan king in the 7th century.
An early morning viewing sunrise and explore fascinating Bomthang valley and surrounding. After breakfast, drive to Punakha, on the way before reach o Punakha stop at Trongsa for lunch then visit to Wangdiphodrang Dzong and local market.
Today visit to Punakha Dzong, explore the town then proceed drive to Paro, en-route visit Chimme Lhankhang , it is famous for shaking off sterile curse, built by Lama Drukpa Kinley. In the afternoon, proceed for Paro city tour including visit to National Museum of kingdom. The museum holidings a fascinating collection of art, painting and Bhutan exquisite stamps then walk down to the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, which has long and fascinating history.
After breakfast, drive to north of Paro valley then around 5 hours long round trip hiking but exciting excursion to Taktsang monastery. This is famous tourist destination in Bhutan. According to legend, Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tiger and meditated at this monastery, for the reason it is called “Tiger Nest”. On the return to Paro, visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the kingdom.
After breakfast depart to Paro Airport then fly back to Kathmandu with great views of white Himalayan rang. After custom clearance at Tribhuvan international airprt in Kathmandu, we will meet you and transfer to hotel. After being refresh visit around Thamel (shopping area) where the locals shop so busy and fascinating. In the evening, participate in farewell dinner. Stay overnight at hotel on B.B basis.
Today ends your Everest panorama trekking trip in Nepal. Our representative will take you to the airport 3 hour before than your departure scheduled. If you have more time you can utilize that on your choice for shopping or sightseeing. On your way home, you will have plenty of time to plan your next wonderful trip to Nepal.
